The service for Patsy Ann Maxwell was 2 p.m. Friday at Costin Funeral Chapel in Martinsville. Pastor Skip Roten officiated.

Maxwell, 60, Martinsville, died Jan. 20, 2007 at Morgan Hospital and Medical Center in Martinsville.

Son Darrin Maxwell gave the tribute and a letter from grandson Logan Maxwell was read by the pastor.

Sharyn Kersey was pianist.

Recorded musical selections were "Go Rest High on That Mountain," "The Baby," "Thank God for Kids," "Amazing Grace" and "When I Get Where I'm Going."

Burial was in New South Park Cemetery in Martinsville.

Pallbearers were Roger, David and Adam Maxwell, Mac Dunn, Sid Loffer, Stan Labertew, Nathan Byrer and Joe Lobb.

Following the service, family and friends shared a meal at the First Christian Church of Martinsville. Liberty Christian Church also assisted with the meal.
